We believe that girls will build the future and we're here to support them throughout their journeys.
Our mission is to provide opportunities and support for young women to excel in these fields, breaking gender barriers and creating a more inclusive and diverse landscape. Through our education and workforce development programs and initiatives, we aim to cultivate a community and a pipeline of support where aspiring innovate[her]s can learn, thrive, succeed and build the future and the world that they want.

At InnovateHer, our mission is to bridge the gender gap in technology, engineering, and entrepreneurship by providing comprehensive education, opportunities, mentorship, and resources to young women. We are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where they can develop the skills, confidence, and networks necessary to succeed.
Our Philosophy
Our founders ARE young women in Technology, Engineering & Entrepreneurship (TEE) ~ they've learned, through experience, the blueprint of what it takes to succeed in both academia & industry and want to ensure that the next generation of innovate[her]s have what they need to succeed including, but not limited to, a strong community of support around, accessible education in TEE topics, and career development opportunities.
